Disney World!!

We had two weeks of vacation planned -- one week in the Caribbean for just the two of us, and then a week in Orlando with the kids.  While the relaxing Caribbean vacation was replaced by a home-finding trip to Colorado, we stuck with the Orlando trip feeling guilty about the life-change we were about to put the kids through. We were a little hesitant given that Isaac and Caitlin are so young, but ultimately decided to go, and it was a great decision.  We stayed at my parents' timeshare which is at an incredible family-friendly resort that the kids thought was the actual Disney World with 3 pools, an on-site pizza and ice cream place, and an indoor playzone.  We spent half of the days just hanging out and enjoying the resort and ventured to Disney and Sea World the other days.  Disney was AMAZING, Sea World was fun -- the whole trip was great.
Isaac and Caitlin were introduced to -- and LOVED -- Benihana

Isaac and Caitlin loved knocking each other down with noodles in the baby pool

Isaac gained a lot of confidence swimming around the whole pool by himself with just his noodles

Couldn't resist taking this one although neither child was thrilled with the idea of stopping for a picture :)

The kids had a blast at Chef Mickey's Breakfast where each character stopped by the table

After a very bumpy ride, Bill was thankful that Isaac has a few more years until he gets his license for real ;)

First 3-D experience- they did great.
Caitlin the navigator trying to help us find our next adventure
After jumping into my arms when approached by an evil queen, Isaac got his confidence back and hugged Goofy
Shamu lives on at Sea World - the kids loved the splashes, but lost patience with the show

They couldn't get enough of the rides - all Caitlin wanted was to go up again and again!

Fun swinging after climbing to the top of the Sea World playzone
